The Student will have the following readings:
1) The Code of Hammurabi
2) The Ten Commandments
3) Fossil; A Fossil Find Pushes back Human Origins
The 1st part of this assignment is to look at the two legal doctrines. One, comes from human origins, & the second is said to have devine origins. Your task is to compare & contrast these two legal codifications.
