Midland Academy Teacher Supply List –4^th Grade

I would greatly appreciate if students came prepared for class with the following items:

1-2 boxes of tissue for classroom use

A package of #2 pencils for the classroom collection

A set of index cards to make flashcards

A recipe box to hold his/her flashcards

A ream of wide ruled paper

A ream of colored tag board (cardstock – 8 ½ X 11)

A glue stick

A hand held pencil sharpener that also collects the shavings

$5.00 for classroom store

$2.00 for Mother’s Day gift

Gym shoes (no black soles)

A pocket folder for Spanish

A paint shirt (an old shirt to wear during art class)

A ruler (see-through)

1 box of colored pencils

*The students may bring other items such as crayons, markers, scissors, paper, etc. for their own personal use.  Necessary items will be available for student use in the classroom; however, some students prefer to have their own.
